Baked Oatmeal with Fruits and Chocolate

Ingredients

  • Oatmeal – 250 g
  • Milk – 250 ml
  • Butter – 3 tablespoons
  • Liquid honey – 3 tablespoons
  • Brown sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Egg – 1 piece
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate – 50 g
  • Walnuts – 40 g
  • Strawberries – 100 g
  • Banana – 1 piece

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  2. In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients (oatmeal, sugar, baking powder, half of the strawberries, and bananas sliced ​​into slices, as well as half of the chocolate and walnuts).
  3. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients (egg, honey, butter).
  4. Grease a baking dish and sprinkle the dry ingredients on the bottom. Add the remaining fruits, nuts, and chocolate on top. Pour the wet ingredients over the top.
  5. Bake for about 30-40 minutes until the oatmeal crust on top turns golden brown.
