Green smoothie with spinach and avocado, sweetened with banana and apple. The acidity is enhanced by the addition of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Water is needed to dilute the thick beverage. Delicious, healthy, filling, and intensely green.
Ingredients:
- Fresh spinach, 130 g
- Avocado, ½
- Apple, medium-sized
- Banana, medium-sized
- Lemon, 1
- Water, 200 ml (or more depending on preference)
Preparation:
Wash the spinach. Wash the apple, quarter it, and remove the core. Extract the flesh from the avocado. Squeeze the juice from one lemon. Peel the banana. In a blender or food processor, blend the spinach, banana, apple, avocado, lemon juice, and half of the water. Gradually add the remaining water while blending until reaching the desired consistency. Serve immediately for best results.
