  • Butter – 100 g
  • Almond flour – 50 g

Plums under Almond Crumble

In a dry, well-heated pan, caramelize the sugar. When it melts and turns golden, add plums cut into pieces. Caramelize for about 5-7 minutes until the fruits soften slightly. Add cinnamon. Mix.

Transfer the caramelized plums to a heat-resistant dish and sprinkle with almond crumble on top, covering the fruits entirely. Bake for about 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 185-190°C (365-375°F). The crumble should take on a nice golden color.
