Preparation
Step 1: Roast the Nuts Blanch or roast the hazelnuts and walnuts in boiling water or in an oven preheated to 180°C (convection) or 190°C (no convection). Peel off the skin and chop into smaller pieces.
Step 2: Bake the Granola In a bowl, mix the nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts), chopped dried apricots, cranberries, and plums, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, oat flakes, and corn flakes. Drizzle with honey and place in a flat ovenproof dish. Bake in an oven preheated to 160°C (convection) or 170°C (no convection) for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve the granola with yogurt and fruits, layering: granola, yogurt, fruits on top.
