Ingredients:
- Banana – 1 piece
- Cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoon
- Pomegranate seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Grapefruit – 0.5 piece
- Almonds – 2 tablespoons
- Oats – 200 g
- Almond milk – 400 ml
Preparation:
Step 1: Toast the Almonds Toast the almonds in a dry pan, then cool and crush them in a mortar.
Step 2: Cook the Oatmeal Bring almond milk to a boil. Add oats and cinnamon, and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: Serve the Oatmeal Transfer the oatmeal into bowls, garnish with slices of banana and grapefruit. Add pomegranate seeds and crushed, toasted almonds.
Before serving, drizzle with honey.
