Packed with juicy berries, hearty oats and the superfood acai, this bowl is a powerhouse of antioxidants and energy. Topped with crunchy pistachios, sweet cranberries and pomegranate seeds, it’s a delicious way to start a day full of potential.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup plain oats
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon white chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon acai powder
- 100g mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
- 2 tablespoons Coles dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp freeze-dried pomegranate seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Method:
Place the milk, oats, banana, frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries and acai powder in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Allow to stand for a few minutes to thicken.
Pour the thickened mixture into a serving bowl.
Garnish with mixed berries, chopped pistachios, dried cranberries, freeze-dried pomegranate seeds and chia seeds.
