Tiramisu with Apples

Do you know the taste of original tiramisu? This time we prepared for you a version with apples. Definitely worth a try!

Ingredients

  • Vanilla sugar – 2 packets
  • Cinnamon
  • Natural yogurt – 300 g
  • Honey – 2 tablespoons
  • Oranges – 2 pieces
  • Heavy cream (30%) – 200 g
  • Red apple – 800 g
  • Ladyfinger biscuits – 80 g

Additional

  • Grated milk chocolate – 30 g

Preparation

Step 1: Preparing Apple Puree Cut the oranges in half and squeeze out the juice. Pour the juice into a saucepan. Peel the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the cores. Dice the quarters and add them to the juice. Add honey and bring it all to a boil. Then simmer until soft for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with cinnamon and let it cool.

Step 2: Combining Ladyfingers with Apple Puree Arrange the ladyfinger biscuits in a rectangular glass dish. Evenly cover them with cooled apple puree.

Step 3: Adding the Cream Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, adding vanilla sugar. Add yogurt and mix briefly. Spread the cream over the apple puree. Chill the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Sprinkle with grated chocolate before serving.
