Ingredients

  • Universal seasoning – 1 tablespoon
  • Broccoli florets – 4 pieces
  • Carrot – 1 piece
  • Spinach – 1 bunch
  • Apple – 1 piece
  • Oranges – 2 pieces
  • Orange juice – 4 tablespoons

Preparation

Step 1 Peel the oranges, cut them into smaller pieces, and remove the white parts.

Step 2 Dice the apple and carrot.

Step 3 Mix together spinach, broccoli, apple, carrot, and oranges, then blend until smooth.

Step 4 If the smoothie is too thick, thin it out with orange juice. Season with Knorr seasoning. Serve the drink with crushed ice if desired.
