Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. light rum
- 0.75 oz. triple sec
- 0.75 oz. orange syrup
- 3 oz. orange juice
- 3 oz. pineapple juice
- dash of grenadine
- 151 oz. rum
- dash of dark rum
- crushed ice (fill glass to the top)
- fruit (such as maracino cherries or pineapple and umbrella to garnish, optional)
Method:
Fill a glass to the top with crushed ice.
Pour the light rum, triple sec, orgeat syrup, orange juice and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake well.
Pour over the crushed ice in the glass.
Add a splash of Grenadine, 151 Rum and dark rum to the glass.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with maraschino cherries, pineapple and an umbrella if desired.
