Grilled Peach Ice Cream Dessert

Discover how to make a dessert featuring ice cream served in grilled peaches with blackcurrant jam. Grilled peaches are an underrated dish, and when served with ice cream, they make a great and light dessert.

Ingredients

  • Peaches – 2 pieces
  • Blueberries – 10 pieces
  • Fresh raspberries – 7 pieces
  • Apricot – 1 piece
  • Strawberries – 7 pieces
  • Hungarian plums – 4 pieces
  • Mint leaves
  • Whipping cream – 200 ml
  • Prymat pork gelatin – 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon – 1 piece
  • Almond flakes
  • Blackcurrant jam
  • Vanilla ice cream – 2 scoops
  • Strawberry ice cream – 2 scoops
  • White grapes – 5 grapes
  • Red grapes – 5 grapes

Preparation

  1. Core the peaches. Then grill them on an electric or traditional grill for about 5 minutes on each side.
  2. Whip the whipping cream. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of Prymat pork gelatin in 2 tablespoons of cold water, then add hot water and dissolve. Once cooled, add it to the whipped cream along with the sugar.
  3. On a plate, pipe out the whipped cream and arrange various fruit flowers on top.
  4. Slice the strawberries and create flower shapes. Do the same with the plums, trimming the edges and arranging them in a rosette. Decorate raspberries with blueberries. Cut grape leaves and arrange them into flowers.
  5. Place 2 scoops of ice cream on the grilled peaches, add fruits, drizzle with blackcurrant jam, and sprinkle with almonds.
