When the temperature rises outside, smoothies come to the rescue. Try a mix of yogurt with blueberries and peaches.
Ingredients
- Blueberries – 140 g
- Peaches – 3 pieces
- Greek yogurt – 150 g
- Orange juice – 250 ml
- Ice – 6 cubes
Preparation
Peel the peaches, remove the pits, and chop them into smaller pieces. Transfer them to a blender. Add the blueberries, ice cubes, and orange juice. Blend everything together. Once the ingredients are combined, add the yogurt and blend again.
Pour the smoothie into glasses. Serve immediately after preparation.
