Ingredients:
- 25ml dark rum (or a mixture of dark and golden rum)
- 25ml white rum (or a mixture of white and overproof rum)
- 50ml lime juice
- 150ml Pineapple juice
- Crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon grenadine
- For the garnish
- Slice of orange
- Maraschino cherries
- Mint sprig
Method:
Fill a shaker with ice.
Pour in the dark rum, white rum, lime juice, pineapple juice and grenadine.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain the cocktail into a tall glass filled with ice.
