Delicious, healthy, and sweet. That’s what whole grain cookies are like. You must try them!
Ingredients:
- whole grain flour 160 g
- butter 100 g
- honey 2 tablespoons
- powdered sugar 1/4 cup
- baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation:
Cut the butter into cubes and cream (beat with a mixer) with honey and powdered sugar (and tahini/ground sesame if using). Add the flour mixed with baking powder, mix thoroughly, and form a ball. Tear off small pieces of dough and shape them into balls slightly smaller than a walnut. Place them on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten with your fingers to a thickness of about 1 cm and press a pattern with a fork. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 10-12 minutes. After baking, the cookies are still very soft and will firm up as they cool.
