White Rabbit Cocktail

This cocktail is versatile enough to be served after dinner or as a special treat at brunch. The combination of gin and amaretto with cream and lemon curd creates a unique taste experience that’s both refreshing and indulgent. Ingredients:

  • 80ml Gin
  • 50ml Amaretto
  • 50ml double cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon curd
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla paste
  • A handful of ice
  • Edible flowers, to garnish

Method:

In a cocktail shaker, pour the gin, amaretto, double cream, lemon curd and vanilla paste.

Add a handful of ice to the shaker.

Shake well until chilled and the lemon curd is fully incorporated.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with edible flowers for a touch of elegance and whimsy.
