Wellness Smoothie

A fruity-vegetable, very refreshing, and so delicious that you’ll prepare it many times.

Ingredients

  • Baby carrots – 5 pieces
  • Oranges – 2 pieces
  • Pineapple – 0.5 piece
  • Water – 150 ml

Preparation

Remove the crown and base of the pineapple. Cut off the skin by running a knife along the flesh. Try to remove all remnants of the skin. Slice the peeled pineapple lengthwise into 4 quarters. Remove the tough core. Chop the pineapple flesh into smaller pieces and transfer to the blender glass or a tall container.

Add oranges (peeled and segmented), baby carrots, and water to the pineapple. Blend everything until smooth and homogeneous. Pour the prepared smoothie into glasses. Consume immediately after preparation.
