Preparation
Sift flour and baking powder through a sieve. Melt butter and let it cool slightly, so it’s not hot. Beat sugar with egg yolks, gradually add melted butter and vanilla sugar. Mix everything with a whisk. Beat egg whites with a mixer. Gradually add sifted flour with baking powder and milk to the bowl with egg yolks, sugar, and butter. Mix until the batter has a velvety consistency, then add egg whites. Mix. Finally, you can add whiskey.
Let the waffle batter stand for 30 minutes, then bake traditionally in a waffle iron. In a saucepan, bring the fruits to a boil, when they release juice and start to cook, add sugar. Stir frequently (from the moment of boiling, cook for about a minute).
Soak gelatin in 30 ml of water. Mix potato starch with 20 ml of water. Add the starch and water suspension to the fruits, mix vigorously (as if making jelly), bring to a boil.
Finally, add the swollen gelatin. Mix. Then remove from heat and let it cool. Serve with whipped cream, fruits in jelly, and fresh fruits.
