  • Whole wheat flour – 210 g
  • Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Wet Ingredients:

  • Maple syrup – 4 tablespoons
  • Water – 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut oil – 2 tablespoons

Instructions:

Step 2: Mix the wet ingredients for the dough Mix all the wet ingredients for the dough in a bowl.

Step 3: Combine the contents of both bowls Pour the wet ingredients for the dough into the dry ones, mix, and knead until you get a uniform, smooth mass. If the dough is too crumbly, add a little water.

Step 4: Roll out the dough Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper to a thickness of about 3 mm and cut out cookies using a round cutter.

Step 5: Bake and decorate the cookies Transfer the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 7-10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C. Let cool.

Once cooled, cover the cookies with melted dark chocolate and decorate with pretzels, chocolate-coated candies, and sugar stars on top. Use them to create reindeer heads.
