Vanilla-Strawberry Mango Smoothie

A vanilla-strawberry mango smoothie provides a hefty dose of vitamins and exquisite flavor!

Ingredients

Strawberry Layer:

  • Strawberries: 1 cup
  • Blueberries: 1 cup
  • Greek yogurt: 1/2 cup
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla bean: 1 pod
  • Goji berries: 2 tablespoons
  • Honey: 1 tablespoon (optional)

Mango Layer:

  • Mango: 1 piece
  • Banana: 1 piece
  • Greek yogurt: 1/2 cup
  • Orange juice: Juice of 1 orange

Preparation

Preparing the Strawberry Layer:

  1. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
  2. Mix the vanilla seeds with 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.
  3. Place all ingredients in a food processor/blender and blend until smooth.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk.

Preparing the Mango Layer:

  1. Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the seed. Place the flesh in a food processor/blender.
  2. Add the peeled banana, yogurt, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Alternate pouring the strawberry and mango layers into glasses to create layers.
