Two-Color Pancakes with Blueberries and Chocolate Sauce

Two-Color Pancakes with Blueberries and Chocolate Sauce

Fresh fruits, delicate batter, and thick chocolate sauce – a delicious idea for a colorful, little treat. Children love it!

Ingredients:

Batter

  • Eggs – 2
  • Cocoa powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Whole milk – 500 ml
  • Canola oil – 4 tablespoons
  • Salt – a pinch
  • All-purpose flour – 180 g

Chocolate Sauce

  • Milk chocolate – 100 g
  • Milk – 60 ml

Additional Ingredients

  • Kiwi – 1
  • Fresh mint – 2 tablespoons
  • Blueberries – 50 g

Preparation:

Batter Mix all the ingredients except cocoa powder. Divide the batter into two equal parts, add cocoa powder to one part, mix again. Let it rest for 30 minutes. On a medium-hot non-stick pan, pour a pattern with the white batter (you can start with the dark one), fry briefly. Pour the dark batter over it and fry on both sides (do not overcook, the pancakes will still be grilled).

Chocolate Sauce Add broken chocolate to boiling milk. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Set the sauce aside to cool.

In the center of each pancake, place fresh blueberries, then seal the ends of the pancakes with raw batter. Place the pancakes on the grill with the seal side down. Grill for a few minutes. Place the chocolate sauce on a plate, add a few blueberries, peeled kiwi sliced into rounds, and decorate with mint leaves.
