Delicious and healthy overnight oats. This simple breakfast can be prepared with ease and pleasure.
Ingredients
- rolled oats, 60 g (6 tbsp)
- orange, 340 g (1 piece) – chopped as you like
- zest from 1 orange
- juice from 1 orange
- plain yogurt, 150 g (6 tbsp)
- walnuts, 30 g (2 tbsp)
- agave syrup, 32 g (4 tsp)
Preparation:
Grate the zest from the washed orange using a fine grater. Squeeze the juice from half the orange. Mix the juice, zest, and yogurt together. Add the oats and mix thoroughly.
Chop the orange as you like, such as into triangles, and chop the walnuts with a knife. Sprinkle the oats with these toppings and drizzle with agave syrup. Close the container or jar and place in the refrigerator overnight.
