Summer Fruit Crumble

The fruity taste of summer hidden beneath a delicate layer of warm, crispy crumble. Perfectly paired with a scoop of ice cream!

Ingredients

Crumble

  • Sugar – 70 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tablespoon
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Sunflower seeds – 2 tablespoons
  • Walnuts – 70 g
  • Flaked almonds – 125 g
  • Oat flakes – 80 g

Fruits

  • Sugar – 6 tablespoons
  • Raspberries – 750 g
  • Butter – 150 g
  • All-purpose flour – 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice – 1/2 lemon

Preparation

Crumble

  1. Finely chop the walnuts. Toast the flakes and sunflower seeds in a dry pan. Set aside and let them cool. Transfer to a bowl, add the remaining ingredients, and rub with your fingertips until you get a crumbly texture.

Fruits

  1. Mix the fruits with sugar, flour, and lemon juice.
  2. Grease a baking dish (or several smaller ones) with butter. Place the fruits in the dish(es) and sprinkle with the crumble mixture.
  3. Bake for about 25 minutes at 180°C until the crumble turns golden brown.

Serving Serve warm, preferably with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
