Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles

Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles

Serve delicious strawberry ice cream in an original way!

Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt, 450 milliliters
  • Strawberries, 1 1/2 cups
  • Powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons
  • White chocolate, 50 grams
  • Vanilla sugar, 2 teaspoons

Preparation

Blend the yogurt with strawberries, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small cups, such as those used for small yogurts. Insert sticks and place in the freezer for several hours. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave (about 40-50 seconds), let it cool, and transfer it to a piping bag or a regular ziplock bag with a small hole cut in one corner.

Remove the frozen popsicles from the freezer and dip the molds briefly in warm water to make it easier to remove the popsicles. Decorate each popsicle with patterns made from the melted chocolate. This can be a grid, swirls, or any other design. Place the popsicles on a plate and return them to the freezer for a short time to allow the chocolate to harden.
