Ingredients
- Eggs, 2 pieces
- Sugar, 2-3 tablespoons
- 30% cream, 300 milliliters
- Advocaat liqueur, 1/2 cup
- Chocolate, for decoration
- Advocaat liqueur, for drizzling
Preparation
Break the eggs into a small pot. Add the sugar. Beat the mixture over a double boiler until the sugar is completely dissolved. Leave the beaten egg mixture to cool. Whip the chilled cream. Add the egg mixture to the whipped cream and mix. Once the ingredients are thoroughly combined, pour in the pre-measured advocaat and mix again. Pour the prepared ice cream into a sealed container and place it in the freezer. Leave it in the freezer until it reaches the desired consistency.
