Who would have thought that melon would be such a perfect ingredient for a summer smoothie?
Ingredients
- Strawberries: 25 dkg
- Melon: 1/2 piece
- Greek yogurt: 400 ml
- Sugar: 3 teaspoons
Preparation
Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Transfer them to the blender bowl and blend. Set aside 2 tablespoons for decoration. Peel and chop the melon into pieces, add it to the strawberries, sprinkle with sugar, and continue blending. Add Greek yogurt and mix with a spoon. Do not blend further to maintain a nice thick consistency for the smoothie. Make skewers with pieces of melon and strawberries. Pour the smoothie over the top and garnish with the blended strawberries.
