Ingredients
- Cold buttermilk: 1.5 cups
- Fresh strawberries: 200 grams
- Kale: 2 handfuls
- Chia seeds: 2 teaspoons
Preparation
Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, cut into smaller pieces, and place them in a blender. Rinse the kale, remove the tough stems, and add to the strawberries. Pour in the well-chilled buttermilk, add the chia seeds. Blend until smooth. Drink immediately after preparation.
