Strawberry Chocolate Greek Yoghurt Bark is a delicious and healthy treat that’s as fun to make as it is to eat. With its creamy base and fruity chocolate topping, it’s the perfect snack or dessert for any time of day.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups plain Greek whole milk yoghurt
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Method:
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with baking paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yoghurt, maple syrup (or honey) and vanilla extract until well combined.
Spread the yoghurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a rectangle approximately 10x15cm.
Spread the sliced strawberries over the yoghurt mixture and sprinkle with the mini chocolate chips.
Freeze until very firm, at least 3 hours.
Once frozen, cut or break into pieces.
