Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries: 250 grams
- Banana: 1 piece
- Coconut flakes: 2 tablespoons
- 2% milk: 1 glass
Preparation
Thoroughly rinse the strawberries and remove the stems. Cut them in half and place them in the blender jar. Cut the banana into pieces and add it to the strawberries. Also add the coconut flakes and pour in the well-chilled milk. Blend until the ingredients are well combined. Drink immediately after preparation.
