Green smoothies are great for breakfast. Try a spinach one with apricots and grapes!
Ingredients
- Banana – 1 piece
- Brown sugar – a pinch
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Apricots – 150 g
- Water – 200 ml
- White grapes – 250 g
- Baby Spinach – 100 g
Preparation
Cut the apricots in half and remove the pits. Clean and drain the spinach. Remove the grapes from the stems. Peel the banana.
Blend the ingredients thoroughly with mineral water. Add some sugar or honey to taste as desired. Pour into glasses.
