Spiderweb Pumpkin Pancakes

Try out this fantastic recipe for spiderweb-shaped pancakes flavored with pumpkin. Autumn breakfasts have never been so deliciously spooky!

Ingredients:

  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 300 ml milk
  • 120 g pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

Step 1: Mix Wet Ingredients In a bowl, beat the egg and add milk, pumpkin puree, and olive oil. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients In a separate bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Step 3: Prepare the Batter Add the mixed dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix well.

Tip! If the batter is too thick, you can add more milk.

Step 4: Fry the Pancakes Transfer the batter to a squeeze bottle. Lightly grease a pan with butter and heat it. Pour the batter onto the heated pan in a star shape, then connect the arms to resemble a spiderweb. Once the pancakes are golden brown on one side, flip them and cook on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter until all pancakes are cooked.

Step 5: Serve the Pancakes Serve the finished pancakes dusted with powdered sugar, drizzled with maple syrup, and topped with fruit.
