Soy shake with blueberries and pear

A soy milk shake can taste just as good, especially when combined with sweet fruits.

Ingredients

  • Pear – 2 pieces
  • Blueberries – 400 g
  • Maple syrup – 4 teaspoons
  • Sparkling water – 300 ml
  • Soy milk – 500 ml

Preparation

Thaw the blueberries. Peel the pears, remove the cores, and chop them into large cubes. Blend them with the blueberries and soy milk. Season to taste with maple syrup and blend again.

Pour the shake into 4 large glasses and top with well-chilled sparkling water. Serve with a straw.
