Smoothie with Kale and Pineapple

A great idea for a healthy start to the day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 2 kale leaves (about 50 g)
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cm piece of ginger

Preparation:

  1. Cut the pineapple into slices, remove the skin, and cut the flesh into pieces, removing the core. Place in the blender jug.
  2. Add washed and chopped kale leaves, removing the tough center parts.
  3. Pour in the apple juice and add peeled and chopped ginger pieces. Blend everything until smooth. You can grate the ginger beforehand to remove fibers if desired.
