Ingredients
- 1/2 pineapple
- 2 kale leaves (about 50 g)
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cm piece of ginger
Preparation:
- Cut the pineapple into slices, remove the skin, and cut the flesh into pieces, removing the core. Place in the blender jug.
- Add washed and chopped kale leaves, removing the tough center parts.
- Pour in the apple juice and add peeled and chopped ginger pieces. Blend everything until smooth. You can grate the ginger beforehand to remove fibers if desired.
