Rose syrup oatmeal

This oatmeal with rose syrup is definitely not boring. Be sure to taste it for yourself.

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons Oat flakes
  • 3 heaping tablespoons Apple sauce
  • 200 ml Plant-based milk

Additions

  • 6-8 Salted pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted almond flakes
  • Rose petals
  • 1-2 tablespoons Rose syrup

Preparation

Finely chop the pistachios and toast the almond flakes in a dry pan. In a saucepan, bring the oat flakes with the apple sauce and plant-based milk to a boil. Be careful not to burn them—stir the oatmeal often.

After about 2-3 minutes of cooking over medium heat, the oatmeal will be ready. Transfer it to a bowl, sprinkle with pistachios, toasted almond flakes, and rose petals. Finally, drizzle the oatmeal with rose syrup.
