Ingredients – red orange smoothie
- Oranges: 2
- Hibiscus tea: 1 teaspoon
- Frozen raspberries: 60 g
- Frozen strawberries: 75 g

Preparation
Place the hibiscus in a tea infuser and pour hot water over it. Steep covered for about 10 minutes, then set the tea aside to cool completely.
Peel the oranges, cut them into smaller pieces, and transfer to a blender pitcher. Add strawberries, raspberries, and ¾ cup of cold hibiscus tea.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and uniform. Pour the smoothie into tall glasses or mugs. Decorate with two slices of red orange. Serve with paper or metal straws.
