A delicious sweet smoothie packed with vitamins.
Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 peaches
- 300 ml milk (cow’s or plant-based)
- Optionally: 1 tablespoon sugar or xylitol
Preparation
Cut the peaches into quarters and remove the pit. Place them in a blender along with the raspberries and add milk (or apple juice with yogurt). Optionally sweeten to taste (only with milk version) and blend until smooth.
