A refreshing drink with raspberries, ginger, and lime.
Ingredients
- Raspberries, 500 g
- 1 cm piece of ginger
- Juice of 1 lime
- 4 tablespoons sugar or xylitol
- 1/4 cup water
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaf for garnish
Preparation
Prepare a syrup by boiling sugar with water, stirring until dissolved. Let it boil for about 3 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool.
Peel and grate the ginger. Blend briefly in a blender with raspberries, then strain through a sieve into a clean container like a pitcher, discarding the seeds.
Add the syrup and lime juice to the raspberry mixture, mix well, and chill in the refrigerator.
Serve diluted with water and ice cubes. Garnish with a mint leaf.
