- Flour 150 g
- Sugar 60 g
- Vanilla sugar 1.5 teaspoons

- Oil 60 ml
- Buttermilk 100 ml
- Flour 70 g
- Cold butter 35 g
- Brown sugar 30 g

Preparation
- Wash the plums, remove the pits, and dice them. In one bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
- In another bowl, combine the egg, oil, and buttermilk.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and mix only until combined, then add the plums.
- In a bowl, mix the flour and brown sugar. Add the cold butter and use your fingers to combine the ingredients into a crumble. Set the crumble aside in the refrigerator.
