Pistachio strawberry tiramisu

Pistachio strawberry tiramisu

Tiramisu with juicy strawberries and a creamy pistachio and white chocolate blend is an elegant dessert that will delight anyone who tries it. Here’s how to make it!

Ingredients

  • Instant coffee – 4 tablespoons
  • Water – 250 ml
  • Pistachios – 200 g
  • White chocolate – 200 g
  • Heavy cream (36%) – 250 g
  • Mascarpone cheese – 250 g
  • Powdered sugar – 1 tablespoon
  • Strawberries – 300 g
  • Ladyfinger biscuits – 250 g

Preparation

Brew the coffee in 250 ml of boiling water, stir well, and set aside to cool completely.

Transfer pistachios to a food processor and crush them until they release oil and turn into a butter-like consistency. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces, place them in a heatproof bowl, and melt them in a double boiler. Then add the melted chocolate to the pistachio butter and blend briefly.

In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and pistachio cream. Mix until smooth.

Slice the strawberries in half. Dip each ladyfinger biscuit into the cooled coffee and arrange them at the bottom of a mold to cover it. Spread half of the pistachio cream over the biscuits, then add all the strawberries. Next, layer the remaining biscuits and cream. Chill the tiramisu in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours before serving.
