Prepare delicious homemade cookies that could easily be sold in a store, but much better!
Ingredients
Dough:
- Flour: 130 grams
- Powdered sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Butter: 70 grams
- Egg yolk: 1 piece
Chocolate:
- Milk chocolate: 200 grams
- Peanut butter
Preparation
Combine the ingredients for the dough, roll it out, and cut out cookies using a cookie cutter.
Chop the chocolate into small pieces, place 2/3 of it in a bowl, and melt it by heating up to 46°C. Then, add the remaining chocolate and stir until it melts, cooling the chocolate to 27°C. Reheat it to 32°C. This process ensures the chocolate won’t melt easily, sets quickly, and will be perfectly crisp.
Spread the chocolate into mini chocolate bar molds or spread it on parchment paper, forming rectangles.
Bake the cookies for about 7-8 minutes at 190°C. Once cooled, spread peanut butter on the cookies and attach the set chocolate bars to them.
