Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (250 g)
- 2 tablespoons protein powder (20 g)
- 1 carrot
- 2 peaches
- 2 teaspoons rapeseed oil (10 g)
- 1 teaspoon honey (12 g)
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats (20 g)
Preparation
Wash, peel, and chop the carrot and fruits into smaller pieces. Blend all the milkshake ingredients until smooth. Add water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
