Peaches and berries, the characteristic flavors of spring. How to make a smoothie from them?
Ingredients
- 2% fat kefir – 800 grams
- Peaches – 400 grams
- Berries (fresh or frozen) – 300 grams
- Vanilla pod – 1 piece
Preparation
Step 1 Wash, peel, remove the pit, and cut the peaches into quarters. Rinse fresh berries, if using frozen, let them thaw slightly.
Step 2 Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
Step 3 Blend kefir with fruits using a blender, add vanilla seeds. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
