Papaya Bowl with Yogurt Cream

A bowl full of juicy fruits combined with yogurt cream is a delicious snack for any time of the day!

Ingredients

Papaya Bowl

  • Banana – 1 piece
  • Blueberries – 50 g
  • Kiwi – 1 piece
  • Raspberry – 70 g
  • Papaya – 1 piece
  • Dragon fruit (Pitaya) – 1 piece

Yogurt Cream

  • Greek yogurt – 400 g
  • Vanilla – 3 g
  • Xylitol – 2 teaspoons
  • Lime – 1 piece

Decoration

  • Chia seeds – 2 teaspoons
  • Pecan nuts – 2 tablespoons

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt Cream Place the drained yogurt in an empty bowl. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with the blunt side of a knife – add them to the yogurt along with the lime zest and juice from half of it. Sweeten with xylitol and mix well.

Step 2: Combine the Cream with Fruits Slice the papaya in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Fill the resulting boat with the cream. Peel and dice the kiwi, banana, and dragon fruit. Mix them with raspberries and blueberries. Spoon portions of fruits over the cream.

Decorate the papaya bowl with chia seeds and pecan nuts.
