Ingredients
Batter
- Eggs: 3
- Whole milk (3.2% fat): 1 cup
- All-purpose flour: 1 heaping cup
- Butter for frying
Filling
- Cherry jam: 150 ml
- Cream cheese: 20 dag
Chocolate Sauce
- Whole milk (3.2% fat): 1 cup
- Dark chocolate: 50 g
- Potato starch: 1 heaping teaspoon
- Cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons
Preparation
- Batter: Beat eggs until fluffy, then add milk and flour, mix until smooth, thick batter forms. Let it rest for 15 minutes, then fry small round pancakes in a lightly greased, heated pan.
- Filling: Spread cherry jam and cream cheese onto the pancakes, layer them, then pour chocolate sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
