Ingredients

Batter

  • Eggs: 3
  • Whole milk (3.2% fat): 1 cup
  • All-purpose flour: 1 heaping cup
  • Butter for frying

Filling

  • Cherry jam: 150 ml
  • Cream cheese: 20 dag

Chocolate Sauce

  • Whole milk (3.2% fat): 1 cup
  • Dark chocolate: 50 g
  • Potato starch: 1 heaping teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar: 3 tablespoons

Preparation

  1. Batter: Beat eggs until fluffy, then add milk and flour, mix until smooth, thick batter forms. Let it rest for 15 minutes, then fry small round pancakes in a lightly greased, heated pan.
  2. Filling: Spread cherry jam and cream cheese onto the pancakes, layer them, then pour chocolate sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
