Pancakes with Chocolate Drizzle and Peaches

Chocolate is always enchanting. And though it seems impossible, in this combination, it becomes even more delightful.

Ingredients

Pancake Batter

  • Cream cheese – 250 g
  • 2% milk – 1 cup
  • Cooking oil
  • All-purpose flour – 1 cup
  • Eggs – 2 pieces
  • Sugar – 3 tablespoons
  • Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
  • Pinch of salt

Chocolate Drizzle:

  • White chocolate – 50 g
  • Heavy cream (30%) – 30 ml
  • Butter – 1 teaspoon

Fruit

  • Peaches – 3-4 pieces

Preparation

In a bowl, crack the eggs, add cream cheese, flour, sugar, melted butter, and the remaining ingredients, thoroughly mix everything.

Pour the heavy cream into a bowl, add the chocolate and butter, and melt everything together in a water bath.

Heat a skillet, add a little oil, and ladle the pancake batter onto it.

Fry until golden on both sides over medium heat.

Peel the fruit and cut it into quarters. Pour the chocolate drizzle over the fried pancakes and arrange fresh fruit on top. You can garnish with fresh mint.
