Cupcakes with Caramel Filling

A delicious sweet treat that you can prepare in a few moments, and you’ll keep coming back to it time and time again.

Ingredients

Dough

  • Flour – 1.5 cups
  • Powdered sugar – 1/4 cup
  • Butter – 100 grams
  • Egg – 1 piece
  • Baking powder – 1 pinch
  • Margarine – for greasing the molds

Additionally

  • Caramel filling – 200-250 grams
  • Chopped almonds – for decoration

Preparation

Grease the molds with melted margarine. Sift the flour onto the countertop. Add the remaining dough ingredients. Knead vigorously, then chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Roll out the prepared dough. Using molds, cut out “circles” from the dough. Line the insides of the molds with the circles. Bake the prepared cupcakes for about 15 minutes at 180°C. Remove from the molds and let them cool.

Transfer the caramel filling to a pastry bag or syringe. Fill the baked cupcakes with the caramel filling. Sprinkle with chopped almonds. Done.

They are made quickly, but at the same time, they disappear in a flash. You can also use store-bought cupcakes, making their preparation even faster.
