  • 0.2 pieces dark chocolate (20 g)
  • 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil (5 g)

Preparation

You don’t need much time to prepare pancakes. You can make them in just 10 minutes. Bananas are the base here. When buying them, make sure they are ripe, even slightly overripe. They will be soft and easy to mash with a fork.

Prepare a bowl to mix all the ingredients. Start the pancake recipe by peeling the bananas and mashing them with a fork in the bowl.

Our American-style pancakes have a rich flavor thanks to the addition of peanut butter. Mix the mashed bananas with the peanut butter.
