Ingredients:
- Red apple – 1 piece
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Milk – 250 ml
- Oat flakes – 80 g
- Dried plums – 50 g
Preparation:
Step 1: Boil the Milk Boil the milk with honey.
Step 2: Cook the Oatmeal Add the sliced dried plums and oat flakes to the boiling milk. Mix thoroughly. Remove from heat, cover with a lid, and let it sit – preferably overnight.
Step 3: Combine the Apple with the Oatmeal Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater. If you want to eat the oatmeal warm, heat it up and then add the grated apple. If you prefer it cold, add the grated apple immediately and mix well.
