- Butter – 120 grams
- Sugar – 100 grams
- Honey – 2 tablespoons
- Egg – 1 piece
- Vanilla sugar for cakes and desserts – 1 packet
Preparation
- Grind the oatmeal and pumpkin seeds in a food processor to make flour (you can also buy ready-made oatmeal and pumpkin seed flour in the store), then add baking powder.
- Chop the nuts into smaller pieces.
- Chop the chocolate into smaller pieces.
- Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, honey, and egg until fluffy.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the mixture: oatmeal flour, nuts, and chocolate.
