These delicious cookies can also be made without the addition of seeds!
Ingredients
- Butter, 100 g
- Rolled oats, 1 1/2 cups
- Flour, 3 tablespoons
- Sugar, 4 tablespoons
- Baking powder, 1 teaspoon
- Seeds, 2 tablespoons
- Eggs, 2
- Honey (optional), 1 teaspoon
Preparation
Melt the butter. In a clean bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, and seeds.
Pour in the melted butter and mix. Add the eggs and honey (if using) and mix again. If you have time, let the mixture sit for about 1/2 to 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop tablespoons of the mixture and place them on the baking sheet, forming circles and gently flattening them.
Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
