Try oat cookies with rye flour, almonds, and sweet mango!
Ingredients:
- Brown sugar – 50 g
- Egg – 1 piece
- Mango – 60 g
- Butter – 50 g
- Rye flour – 50 g
- Honey – 50 g
- Almond flakes – 50 g
- Oat flakes – 100 g
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
Step 1: Mix the Dough
In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Then add softened butter, honey, egg, and mashed mango. Mix everything thoroughly until a thick mass forms.
Step 2: Wrap the Dough in Plastic Wrap 2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Step 3: Arrange the Dough on a Baking Sheet 3. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and lightly press them down with your hand, keeping some space between them. Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 185°C for 12-15 minutes.
