Oat cookies on crispy wafers, with a touch of fruity jam – they are quick to make and very tasty.
Ingredients
- Quick-cooking oatmeal: 1 cup
- Wheat flour: 0.7 cup
- Butter (82% fat): 100 grams
- Sugar: 0.3 cup
- Egg: 1
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Wafer cookies: 2 pieces
- Jam: 4 tablespoons
Preparation
- Blend the oatmeal with butter, flour, egg, sugar, and baking powder.
- Cut the wafer cookies into rectangles about 10×5 cm in size, spread jam on them, and then spread the blended mixture.
- Bake the cookies at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
