Oat cookies on crispy wafers, with a touch of fruity jam – they are quick to make and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Quick-cooking oatmeal: 1 cup
  • Wheat flour: 0.7 cup
  • Butter (82% fat): 100 grams
  • Sugar: 0.3 cup
  • Egg: 1
  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Wafer cookies: 2 pieces
  • Jam: 4 tablespoons

Preparation

  1. Blend the oatmeal with butter, flour, egg, sugar, and baking powder.
  2. Cut the wafer cookies into rectangles about 10×5 cm in size, spread jam on them, and then spread the blended mixture.
  3. Bake the cookies at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
